Admitted to Practice in the Massachusetts Courts, United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit. Former Claims Representative, Hanover Insurance Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Attorney Heppner concentrates his practice in the area of Personal Injury Litigation, representing defendants and plaintiffs in Automobile Liability, Premises Liability, Contractor Liability and other General Liability claims. Attorney Heppner also represents plaintiffs only in Medical Malpractice matters. In addition, Attorney Heppner has a substantial practice representing and advising insurers with respect to insurance coverage issues, coverage litigation, special investigations/ fraudulent claims, and consumer protection claims under MGL 93a and MGL 176D. A significant portion of Attorney Heppner’s work involves appeals of civil matters in the Massachusetts Appellate Courts. In conjunction with Attorney Lynch, Attorney Heppner handles a substantial portion of the plaintiff practice at Lynch & Lynch, coordinating the efforts of a group of attorneys and paralegals who are dedicated to this portion of the firm’s practice. Lynch & Lynch accepts referrals of medical malpractice and other complex plaintiff claims where the plaintiff has sustained significant and serious injuries.
