Susan has been with Lynch & Lynch since 1998. Fairfield University, B.A., 1990; New England School of Law, J.D., 1997. Admitted to Practice in the Massachusetts Courts and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. Former Claims Representative, C.N.A. Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Areas of practice include insurance defense, including automobile and premises liability claims. Attorney Hannigan is also experienced with insurance coverage disputes, coverage litigation and consumer protection claims under MGL c. 93A and MGL 176D. Her litigation experience incorporates handling all aspects of cases in these areas including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.
