Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire State Courts, and United States District Courts, Districts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Member, Defense Research Institute, Defense Counsel of Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire Bar Associations. Attorney Pursley’s practice covers a broad spectrum of personal injury and property damage litigation, with an emphasis on insurance and products liability matters. He tries, arbitrates and mediates cases in a growing regional practice. His insurance work includes automobile and premises liability cases, SIU investigations and coverage issues. His products liability work includes cases involving motor vehicles, marine products, industrial and commercial machinery and consumer appliances. Attorney Pursley also advises businesses on corporate, contract and employee matters. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Town of Easton’s Zoning Board of Appeals.
