Over
the past 20 years the lawyers of Lynch & Lynch have represented,
literally, hundreds of individuals, corporations, and insurance companies
in a wide variety of trials before both Judges and juries in virtually
every court in Eastern Massachusetts (and many in Central and Western
Massachusetts). Our litigation staff has earned a distinguished reputation
by successfully representing clients at every level of the judicial system.
In
the course of a typical year, our attorneys likely try more cases than any
other firm in Massachusetts in the District Courts, Superior Courts, and the
Federal Courts. We provide counsel and representation in numerous practice
areas with expertise in small business, insurance, personal injury, and
medical malpractice litigation. We represent homeowners who are sued,
businesses with contract disputes, individuals in personal injury claims
and cities and towns in a wide variety of matters. Whether the lawsuit
involves an automobile accident in the Small Claims Court or a
multi-million-dollar dispute, we recognize that every matter is important
to our clients. Our attorneys are qualified to see every suit through to a
conclusion at trial in the most cost effective way possible.
Skilled
in the courtroom, our attorneys are also adept in recognizing alternative
methods of resolving disputes that may prove more cost effective to
clients. Having established a reputation of a firm that is ”not afraid
to try a case” we can frequently use this to our clients’ advantage in
resolving matters short of trial.
The
attorneys of Lynch & Lynch’s medical malpractice group represent
clients who have been injured by the negligence of medical care providers.
In recent years, we have won some of the largest jury verdicts in
Massachusetts in such matters.
If
you suspect that you have been injured by a doctor, nurse, hospital, or
other medical provider, please phone us for a confidential, no-cost
consultation.
