Like any major contract, a Purchase and Sale Agreement should always be reviewed by an experienced attorney. Once the agreement is signed, both parties are legally bound to the terms of that document. While you might think that a Purchase and Sale Agreement is clear, it could contain terms and conditions that are not enforceable, not in your best interest, or cost you thousands of dollars.
