Lynch & Lynch concentrates in residential real estate law and conducts closings in a variety of locations, including Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk, Barnstable and Suffolk counties. We represent buyers, sellers, banks, and mortgage brokers in the buying and selling of residential property, homes and condominiums. We also offer special services to those who are buying and selling their property without the assistance of a realtor or a bank.

Like any major contract, a Purchase and Sale Agreement should always be reviewed by an experienced attorney. Once the agreement is signed, both parties are legally bound to the terms of that document. While you might think that a Purchase and Sale Agreement is clear, it could contain terms and conditions that are not enforceable, not in your best interest, or cost you thousands of dollars.  Hiring an attorney guarantees you get an expert, unbiased explanation and opinion of the Purchase and Sale contract. It is sensible to have legal counsel and the advise of a knowledgeable real estate attorney on your side when dealing with any transaction involving real estate.

When acting as a closing attorney for banks, lenders, and mortgage brokers, our firm orders all necessary documents needed for closing; quickly resolves any title problems; schedules closing with buyers, sellers, counsel, and brokers; and upon receipt of loan documents, provides final settlement statement and prepares and records all necessary documents. We stay in continuous contact with the bank, lender or broker in order that loans close smoothly, and in a timely manner.

Helping you with one of life's most important transactions.
