Like
any major contract, a Purchase and Sale Agreement should always be
reviewed by an experienced attorney. Once the agreement is signed, both
parties are legally bound to the terms of that document. While you might
think that a Purchase and Sale Agreement is clear, it could contain terms
and conditions that are not enforceable, not in your best interest, or
cost you thousands of dollars. Hiring an attorney guarantees you get

any title problems; schedules closing with buyers, sellers, counsel, and
brokers; and upon receipt of loan documents, provides final settlement
statement and prepares and records all necessary documents. We stay in
continuous contact with the bank, lender or broker in order that loans
close smoothly, and in a timely manner.
