Marina N. Medved
Marina joined Lynch & Lynch in 2007 as an Associate. Her primary focus is the representation of individuals and businesses in civil litigation, including the defense of personal injury claims, general liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, and employment litigation.
Marina has defended numerous individuals and businesses in claims involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and workplace accidents. She has defended catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. While Marina anticipates bringing each matter to resolution through trial, she has been successful in concluding cases through alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University, B.A., 2004 and New England School of Law, J.D., 2007 where she was the editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law. Marina is admitted to practice in Massachusetts State and Federal District Court.
Marina is fluent in Russian.
