Daniel E. Peacock
Daniel E. Peacock is an associate whose practice involves insurance defense.
Dan began his legal career at an insurance defense firm specializing in insurance fraud litigation, first party insurance coverage, and third-party coverage. Prior to joining Lynch & Lynch, Dan worked as an associate at a mid-sized firm representing clients at Social Security Disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges in more than twenty-three states.
Dan is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal Courts of Massachusetts.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and earned his law degree from New England Law Boston. During law school, Dan was a Comment & Note Editor on the New England Law Review.
