Andrew Ramirez is an associate who represents individuals and businesses primarily in civil litigation.  His civil litigation focuses on personal injury, premises liability, general liability claims, workmanship issues, employment litigation, subrogation, and commercial liability.  Andrew began his time at Lynch and Lynch in 2022.

Andrew graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  While in law school, Andrew interned with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office as a student prosecutor and gave bail arguments, bail revocation arguments, and argued motions in the Fall River District Court.  While in law school, Andrew also obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from UMass Dartmouth.  Prior to law school, Andrew attended The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with majors in History and Political Science and minors in Spanish and Business.
