Insurance Practice


Lynch & Lynch has established a long and successful track record of defending personal injury and property damage claims.  On a cost-effective basis, we defend a variety of such claims, including motor vehicle torts, homeowner liability, general liability, products liability, and municipal tort liability.


We also have an active policy, coverage analysis and litigation practice. Our attorneys have represented over fifty different insurers over the past twenty years, providing services ranging from coverage analysis to coverage litigation, including Chapter 93A 176D cases.


For decades, Lynch & Lynch has been at the leading edge of developments in the law governing insurers and insurance issues. 


Professional Liability


Lynch & Lynch has an established track record in the successful representation of professionals in a variety of matters.  We provide representation to professionals, particularly attorneys, in the defense of malpractice actions, both at the trial and appellate level, in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.  Our office has represented attorneys in matters in which they have had claims asserted against them in their capacity as fiduciaries, such as trustees and guardians ad litem.


In addition to attorneys, we have also represented insurance agents, real estate agents and brokers, home inspectors, and accountants in professional liability matters, both administratively and in litigation.  Our office also represents attorneys in disciplinary proceedings before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
