Carroll D. Coletti

Carroll Coletti concentrates his practice in the area of insurance defense (including bad faith claims), workers compensation defense, probate administration and general trial practice.  He has been in the practice of law for over 28 years and has tried over 150 cases to verdict in the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth as well as mediated and arbitrated cases on behalf of insurers and insureds.  He has particular experience in the areas of motor vehicle tort defense, general liability, workers compensation, premises liability and the defense of architects and engineers.  Mr. Coletti has lectured in the areas of trial practice and evidence on behalf of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. He is a volunteer conciliator in the Brockton, Stoughton and Quincy District Courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

He is a 1984 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College where he earned a Varsity letter in Track and Field and was a member of the Cross and Crown Jesuit Honor Society.  He is a 1987 graduate of Suffolk Law School where he was an editor of the International Law Journal.  Upon graduation he clerked for the Justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court.  He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and the Federal District Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.   Mr. Coletti is an alumni class agent for Boston College High School.
