Dan Peacock is an associate who concentrates his practice on representing individuals and businesses in defense of personal injury litigation.  He also has experience in the defense of attorneys in malpractice actions and products liability defense, and first party coverage matters relating to fraud investigation.

Dan graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2011.  He graduated from the evening division of New England Law Boston in 2017 and was a Comment & Note Editor on the New England Law Review.  Dan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
