John A. (Jack) Eklund

Jack Eklund has been a trial attorney for over 30 years, and has practiced with Lynch & Lynch for the past 25 years.  Jack concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in automobile liability, premises liability, liquor liability, product liability, and professional negligence cases.  

 

Jack is a graduate of Brown University, magna cum laude, and received his law degree from Georgetown University.  He served as law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts District Court, Southeast Area.  He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  He is an active member of the Mattapoisett Congregational Church and served for many years as a member of the Commission for Leadership Development of the Massachusetts Conference of the United Church of Christ.  Jack also has served for many years as Moderator of the Town of Mattapoisett.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, serving on its Judicial Administration Committee, and the Bristol County Bar Association.
