Jack Eklund has been a trial attorney for over 40 years, and has practiced with Lynch & Lynch for the past 35 years.  Jack concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in automobile liability, premises liability, liquor liability, product liability, and professional negligence cases.  

Jack is a graduate of Brown University, magna cum laude, and received his law degree from Georgetown University.  He served as law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts District Court, Southeast Area.  He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts.  He is an active member of the Mattapoisett Congregational Church and served for many years as a member of the Commission for Leadership Development of the Massachusetts Conference of the United Church of Christ.  Jack also has served as Moderator of the Town of Mattapoisett for 22 years. He is also a member of the Massachusetts League of Women Voters state moderator's panel.
